01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the hyp777 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and hyp777. They apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it — through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the hyp777 Android or iOS app.

If you are accessing hyp777 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use hyp777, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hyp777 does not permit players under 21 to register or play on the platform.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming.
• You must not have a self-exclusion in place with hyp777 or have been previously banned from the platform.

hyp777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on hyp777. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

KYC Verification: hyp777 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hyp777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via your account dashboard.

OTP (One-Time Password) verification is used for sensitive account actions. Ensure your registered mobile number is current and accessible.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on hyp777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No other currency is accepted on this platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online/mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. The specific methods available to your account are shown in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on hyp777.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown within the deposit interface. Deposits that fall below the minimum threshold will not be processed. hyp777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Only funds belonging to the account holder may be deposited. Third-party deposits are prohibited. hyp777 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the verified payment method associated with your account. Withdrawals to methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.

Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions and are outside hyp777's direct control once initiated.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal interface. hyp777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of standard compliance procedures.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 06 for details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotions and bonuses available on hyp777 are subject to individual offer terms and conditions displayed within the Promotions section of your account. General principles that apply to all promotions are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Each promotion specifies which games are eligible and at what contribution rate.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse: hyp777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

07 Gaming Rules

All games available on hyp777 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — operate under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, and by real-world event results for sports betting. hyp777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure during a game session, hyp777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules outlined within the sportsbook interface. Results are settled based on official sources for each sport. Any bets placed after the relevant event has started (where in-play betting is not offered) may be voided.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.

08 Player Conduct

Players using hyp777 agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with fair use of the platform. The following are prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account details.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Violations of conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

09 Responsible Gaming

hyp777 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Online gaming is entertainment — it is not a source of income and does not guarantee returns. All games involve inherent financial risk.

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits within their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for a defined period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

hyp777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 02 of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is suspected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Self-exclusion has been requested by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to be legitimately deposited (net of any bonus that has not been lawfully earned) will be returned to the verified payment method on file following the conclusion of any investigation.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support through the account dashboard.

12 Limitation of Liability

hyp777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

hyp777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

hyp777's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hyp777 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment processing delays, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or device-level failures.

13 Changes to These Terms

hyp777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through the platform.

Continued use of the hyp777 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any transactions completed prior to the effective date of updated Terms remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of those transactions.
